By creating an account or using AI Canvas (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AI Canvas is a web application provided by IMB Innovation that allows registered users to create, save, and develop strategic planning canvases — including AI Project Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, Empathy Map, and others — with AI-assisted writing features. The Service is intended for internal, educational, and ministry strategy purposes.
Access to the Service requires registration and administrator approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts may be approved, rejected, or removed by administrators at their discretion.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial, and ministry-related strategic planning purposes. You agree not to:
AI Canvas uses large language models to generate suggested content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and editing any AI-generated output before using it. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI output.
Do not enter sensitive personal information — including but not limited to full names of third parties, contact details, financial data, health information, or confidential organizational data — into AI-powered canvas fields. AI inputs are transmitted to third-party providers and are not subject to the same protections as stored project data.
You retain ownership of the canvas content you create and save through the Service. By using the Service, you grant IMB Innovation a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your project content for training AI models or for any other purpose.
All design, code, branding, and technology comprising the Service are the property of IMB Innovation or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use IMB Innovation's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMB INNOVATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMB Innovation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
